Winner Selection
Three (3) winners will be randomly selected every day for thirty days (30) days for ninety (90) winners in total, and will be notified by mail or by telephone within two weeks of November 4th. Please note that each entrant can only win once throughout the duration of the Sweepstakes. Winners may be required to execute and return notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/ Release of Liability within thirty (30) days of notification. Once Affidavit of Eligibility/ Release of Liability is received, winner has two months to claim the prize package. Failure to return all required forms within thirty (30) days or to comply with any other provision may result in the winner being disqualified and an alternate winner selected. If a prize notification or a prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason, the applicable prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.
