Estée Lauder Inc. (“Estée Lauder”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy tells you what personal information we collect about you and what we do with that information. This Privacy Policy governs personal information you provide to us in connection with the my Estée Lauder website (the “Site”).

As an Estée Lauder Beauty Advisor (“Beauty Advisor”), you may access the site using your user identification number and password that you were provided for your Gratis account. You are free to discontinue participation at any time. Your profile page will be kept confidential and will not be shared with or viewable by others without your express permission.

The Site is designed for Beauty Advisors and is not intended for children. The Site does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

2. Communications

The information you provide may be used by Estée Lauder to create and deliver to you emails about our surveys or other email messages containing product information (“Emails”). If you decide that you would no longer like to receive such Emails, see the “Opt–Out” Section below.

3. Special Events, Questionnaires and Surveys

On occasion, Estée Lauder may sponsor special events (such as contests, sweepstakes or other offerings), questionnaires, surveys and polls on the Site. There may be specific rules applicable to these promotions that explain how any personal information you provide will be processed. To the extent any special event, questionnaire or survey is not subject to specific rules, the processing of personal information is governed by this Privacy Policy for the purposes set forth herein. a. Estée Lauder Companies

We may share your personal information with our affiliates that distribute and market Estée Lauder products (the "Estée Lauder Companies"). Estée Lauder Companies may use this in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you prefer that we not share your personal information with Estée Lauder Companies, please do not provide it to us. We are unable to offer the benefits of the Site to anyone who does not consent to the sharing of their personal information with Estée Lauder Companies.
